Management Evolution Program (MEP) – Young Talents at Knorr-Bremse.

As a trainee in our Management Evolution Program (MEP), you’ll gain insight into the different departments of our international company by taking part in three internationally-oriented projects (over a total of 18 months, at least 6 of which will be foreign-based).

You’ll get to know the requirements of our two different corporate divisions: the Commercial Vehicle Systems division, which is characterized by mass production of a high quantity of units for the commercial vehicle industry, and the Rail Vehicle Systems division, which is marked by long-term, project-based work in railway equipment.

You’ll have an early opportunity to take on responsibilities in international project groups, where you’ll receive direct support from a sponsor and a mentor in developing your professional and social competencies. We’re looking for high-potentials to take on medium-term management responsibilities. We therefore require from you a very high willingness to perform, far-above-average professional competence and a mature personality with clear social competencies. We expect you to become quickly familiar with new topics and demonstrate a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
